Through her own lived experiences with the healthcare system and research, she has developed a passion in digital health, chronic disease management and education, community engagement and co-design research.

Dr Alan Barclay - Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist

An Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist with over 25 years of experience in clinical dietetics, public health and academia. Alan has got a special interest in food law, overweight/obesity and diabetes. Alan is also an author of (Reversing Diabetes, The Good Carbs Cookbook, Low GI Diet Diabetes Handbook, Low GI Diet Managing Type 2 Diabetes and The Ultimate Guide to Sugars and Sweeteners) and blogger ( http://ginews.blogspot.com.au).

Rachel McKeown - Dietitian & Diabetes Educator

Rachel McKeown is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialled Diabetes Educator. Rachel has over 15 years' experience in the diabetes education field and has been an APD for over 20 years. She has worked in public and private health sectors, as well as NGOs. Her previous role at the Australian Diabetes Educators Association as Professional Services and Education Manager included the development and revision of numerous diabetes related policies and guidelines, including national competencies for credentialled diabetes educators and the credentialling pathway.

I believe that everyone’s health matters and by equipping you with sound knowledge and the right advice I aim to help make healthy eating easy by providing you with tips and tricks to incorporate good nutrition into your busy lifestyle. Each client will be individually assessed and then provided with a well-researched, personalised and comprehensive meal plan. My focus is to understand your lifestyle, your eating behaviour and your existing food knowledge and to then provide you with tailored education and guidance you understand the world of nutrition and healthy eating.

Monique Cambrey-Young - Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Monique completed her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at La Trobe University. Monique has always felt a connection with kids and throughout her teenage years developed a desire to work with kids. Her personal experiences engaging with allied health and medical services led her to pursue her studies in Occupational Therapy.
